Emissions, My Ass!

Just for the record, I think the "drive-by" emisssion test is pretty much a scam.

Just mail me a bill for $24 and stop pretending that the emission test actually tests anything. A few years ago when the 16-year-old-looking zit-faced kid dressed in mechanic's bibs at Gateway Clean Air Act couldn't hook up my Durango correctly he passed me with the explanation that, "It's pretty new.. and probably running fine."

"And about those old cars that don't have to pass any emissions..."
