What the heck was that?

The video was dark, but if you look closely, you'll see that Bill has a TENS unit attached to his face with electrodes. He kept saying, "Turn it up, turn it up..." so we did. I'll try to lighten the video because the expression on his face is priceless!
OH MY GOD!! that's hilarious!
Afterward, Bill discovered he had shit down both legs.
